Confirmation is the time when a personal decision is made to confirm the vows of our baptism.
At AUMC, this happens as a group of students join together to explore who Christ is, what it means to know Jesus through a life-long relationship and how we can follow Him as United Methodists. Confirmation is not simply a “rite of passage” or just a class to complete. It is a step in a lifelong journey of pursuing the heights, depths and widths of God’s love and making a vow to live in relationship with Jesus for the rest of our lives! Confirmation is for students in 7th grade and up who have not already been confirmed.

Confirmation classes begin on Sunday, January 16th and students will be confirmed on May 22nd. Please email Becca to sign up for the class.
