We are seeking a part-time Contemporary Worship Leader who is passionate about both leading worship and building a thriving worship ministry. This position is responsible for planning and leading worship for our contemporary service while recruiting, developing, and investing in musicians and vocalists who will help advance the church's mission. The ideal candidate will enjoy building something from the ground up, fostering authentic worship, and creating a healthy team culture centered on spiritual growth and excellence.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the pastoral staff to plan worship services, selecting music, preparing worship media using ProPresenter, communicating through Planning Center, leading weekly rehearsals, and developing volunteers into confident ministry leaders.
To be successful in this position, the applicant must profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, be committed to personal spiritual growth and a healthy lifestyle, and embrace this role as a ministry rather than simply a musical position. Prior experience leading worship is preferred. Familiarity with Planning Center and ProPresenter is strongly preferred.
This is a flexible part-time position of approximately 15–25 hours per week. Responsibilities, hours, and compensation will be tailored to the candidate's experience, availability, and desired level of investment in the ministry.

We are seeking a part-time Audio Engineer who is passionate about supporting worship and ministry through excellent sound. This position is responsible for mixing audio for both in-person worship and our livestream, helping create a clear and distraction-free worship experience. The ideal candidate will be dependable, technically skilled, and a strong team player who enjoys supporting pastors, musicians, and other ministry leaders.
Responsibilities include mixing front-of-house and livestream audio for worship services, conducting sound checks, supporting weekly rehearsals, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining audio equipment.
To be successful in this position, the applicant must profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, be committed to personal spiritual growth, and embrace this role as a ministry support position. Prior experience with live audio and digital mixing consoles is preferred. Experience mixing both contemporary and traditional worship is a plus.
This is a part-time position requiring Sunday mornings and Wednesday evening rehearsals, with occasional additional hours for special services and events.
