We are seeking a part-time Contemporary Worship Leader who is passionate about both leading worship and building a thriving worship ministry. This position is responsible for planning and leading worship for our contemporary service while recruiting, developing, and investing in musicians and vocalists who will help advance the church's mission. The ideal candidate will enjoy building something from the ground up, fostering authentic worship, and creating a healthy team culture centered on spiritual growth and excellence.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the pastoral staff to plan worship services, selecting music, preparing worship media using ProPresenter, communicating through Planning Center, leading weekly rehearsals, and developing volunteers into confident ministry leaders.
To be successful in this position, the applicant must profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, be committed to personal spiritual growth and a healthy lifestyle, and embrace this role as a ministry rather than simply a musical position. Prior experience leading worship is preferred. Familiarity with Planning Center and ProPresenter is strongly preferred.
This is a flexible part-time position of approximately 15–25 hours per week. Responsibilities, hours, and compensation will be tailored to the candidate's experience, availability, and desired level of investment in the ministry.

We are seeking a part-time Production Coordinator who is passionate about using technology to support worship and ministry. This position plays a vital behind-the-scenes role by ensuring our worship services and special events are executed with excellence through audio, video, lighting, presentation software, and live streaming.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a servant's heart who enjoys supporting others and helping ministries succeed. Responsibilities include overseeing the technical aspects of worship services, preparing presentation media, recruiting and training volunteers, maintaining audio, video, and lighting equipment, and working closely with pastors, staff, and volunteers to create distraction-free environments where people can encounter Christ. Familiarity with ProPresenter, live audio, lighting, and video systems is preferred.
To be successful in this position, the applicant must profess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, be committed to personal spiritual growth and a healthy lifestyle, and recognize this as a ministry position. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to serve as part of a unified staff team are essential. Previous experience with church production or live event technology is preferred.
This is a flexible part-time position averaging 15–20 hours per week, including Sunday mornings, rehearsal evenings, and additional planning or preparation time as needed.
